Carlos just asked me this the other day, so its fresh: Manu Chao. Hands down.

Ehh. Coldplay. Only because it broke my heart that Chris Martin had an afro and was basically Bono in a stadium. Although, ‘Yellow’ with bright spherical lanterns falling from above was pretty cool.

James and I caught each other just in time.

I wanted to answer this plainly, “when im pregnant” but I thought that sounded bad.

anytime after too much wine. wine is the worst (hangover) but the best (buzz).

on a great day, anything James conjures up which is usually scrumptiously spectacular. I die for egg sandwiches.

this reminds me: James and I have been watching America the Story of Us and yesterday we watched the episode about the Heartland. And you know what really pisses me off, mostly because it just truly hurts me to think about, is the treatment of Native Americans. The US Government forcefully eradicated the Sioux Indians from their homes, oh, but not before first eradicating their livelihoods by killing most of the buffalo population of North America - give me a home where the buffalo roam anyone? Sorry. Ive been thinking about that a lot. We also saw the story about a cowboy named Teddy Blue. That was really cool.

Toy Story 3 completed the six year old inside of me.

ive nearly perfected black bean enchiladas. complete with flour tortillas. my grandmother would be legitimately proud.

24) The worst nightmare you remember
I had a dream the other night that I was investigating this American family that was housing Bin Laden on this cliff overlooking the sea in Indonesia. The mother of the family looked like Jihad Jane and everything. Anyway the cave on the cliff they were renting (i know, renting, what is that right? I dont know whats going on while im asleep) belonged to Tommy Lee, of Motley Crue/Pam Anderson fame. And I remember, in my dream of course, that I was talking to him, sitting on the cliff, our legs danging, and he was like, head in his hands, talking about, “i had no idea, i had no idea…”, really bummed out I had discovered he was renting to Bin Laden.

It wasnt a nightmare but it was worth mentioning.
